My Story

Hi and thanks for stopping by. I am Kshiti Mehta, the founder of Swasthliving. I am a workaholic who is a foodie to the core. Very early in my life I understood that good food not only feeds your body but also your soul. I also believe in: the less routine, the more life! It’s all about striking a balance between living a healthier, fuller, and happier life without any guilt! You might think it’s easier said than done but after many years of trying different workout routines, excruciating diets, and reading about weight loss; I finally gave in! There is no such thing as one size fits all in living a happy and healthy lifestyle. This is when I started logging my health and fitness journey, which soon evolved into Swasthliving – A lifestyle that I follow religiously! A health and wellness platform that inspires others who are seeking to lead a healthier life.

Why Swasthliving ?

In this race against time, we have become too busy to give ourselves some leisure and space. We constantly have a plethora of excuses at our disposal: I don’t have time, I am too tired, I have kids to look after, I have a full time job, etc. Most of the excuses are byproducts of an unhealthy lifestyle because the right inclination always finds time. I have learned it the tough way. In 2011, when I started working as a Financial Analyst, my life goals changed. With a hectic professional life, I had to compromise on exercising and eating healthy. It was only after a weight gain of 10lbs, chronic migraine attacks, and a severe lower back pain that I decided to take charge of my life! And that resulted in the concept of Swasthliving.
